@thulyblu5486 Pat King and other organizers of the convoy are outspoken white nationalists, antivaxxer conspiracy theorists, homophobes and transphobes, in their own words. They never minced words or made any effort to pretend otherwise, and now there are people with Nazi flags riding along with them. If you care so much about Nazis, go yell at them for 'allowing' such elements into their movement.

@thulyblu5486 The small percentage of BLM protests that turned violent were due to the police, Proud Boys, and Boogaloo Boys coming in and instigating violence, which they then blamed on the protesters. The police were caught on camera setting fires and smashing windows, with the intent to frame the protesters. The police repeatedly kettled the protesters, fired tear gas and rubber bullets into the crowds, and then escalated their use of force when the protesters retaliated. Some of the protesters were killed by the police and other hate groups when these fights broke out, but people like you say that's the protesters' fault for getting in the way.

@thulyblu5486 You have to be incredibly privileged to go out of your way to act like a harmless vaccine is oppressing you, especially when 90% of Canadian truckers are already vaccinated, and vaccine mandates have existed for a long time for international travel. The Canadian police have been giving the convoy a free pass this entire time, while at the same time brutalizing, beating, and arresting indigenous protesters that you don't seem to give a damn about. I'm talking about the organizers of the convoy, not some fringe elements or "one objectionable dude." The GoFundMe page for the convoy is run by B.J. Dichter, an Islamophobe and white genocide conspiracy theorist. The aforementioned Pat King is one of the main contacts on the Canada Unity website. Jason LaFace is the North and East Ontario organizer for the convoy, and is an anti-immigrant vigilante who is virulently racist and anti-LGBTQ. They said they wanted their own January 6th. I don't hear you denouncing them, since you're intent on sweeping them under the rug.

@Elliott_Elliott Vaccine mandates have already existed for a long time, for schools, military service, and international travel and commerce. The COVID vaccine itself is almost completely harmless, since it's an mRNA vaccine that contains no dead or weakened viruses, or viral particles the way other vaccines do. Unless you're one of those tinfoil hatters who thinks there are microchips or whatever in the vaccines, you should be advocating for them to be made more widely available through the waiving of vaccine patents, so that more people can get them and no pharma company can profit off them. Free vaccination is how things would work under a universal healthcare system, and is a far lesser financial burden on working class people than emergency treatment for COVID, which can run you tens of thousands of dollars.
