  1. Florida is finally seeing a slow down. Ideal homes that are priced right are sitting. I'm watching a few for reference... I'm watching pricing and waiting on price reductions. 6 months ago the same home would be sold in 2 weeks with a few offers. The rising price of everything is finally catching up. Most can do high cost of living OR high interest rates, not both. The covid money is getting absorbed by general cost of living - groceries, insurance, utilities etc.

  4. @dbrew2u  I didn't say a complete stop, I said starting to see a slow down. Regardless of the economy, when pricing doesn't make any sense, people stop buying unless you're stupid rich.
