  1. If you're a new home builder buyer, I'd be worried about where they will cut corners as the market puts the squeeze on them. Inspections are a must.

  6. @Drock Not true. Many situations where you don't need an inspection. A "no inspection clause" is commonly used in order to land a deal. Usually a cash buyer.
