  2. The latest trend is how there is little inventory. Everyone needs to keep in mind, this time of year is always very slow. There will be a minor spike of homes for sale around December but things won't surge till Spring. Everyone shoots to move for summer after the school year. So don't let current low inventory discourage anyone.
