@omarcortez9394 Remember... in general people will always be heading to Florida. It's gods waiting room. Affordable with many financial incentives (slowly dwindling). I don't think florida will suffer like the rest of the country, but will come down for sure. My area is heavy in tech, aero, amazon, spacex etc so I'm sure will keep prices up much longer than normal. I'm not looking to hit a home run, just want to buy something without compromise.

@realestatemindset I would love a quick 30 second analysis of space coast / Brevard County.... specifically Beach side. Take a look at Melbourne Beach, Indialantic area! It's crazy over here and I think the numbers will blow your mind!
