I feel bad for the people who purchased my two homes. Sight unseen, for $350k & $400k more than I paid each. Purchased October 2019 and sold March of this year. 🤷‍♂️ And no I never thought I would sell but I'm no dumby and took the opportunity... went into a rental.

@Studeb It's all relative. I closed on a home on the 15th of this month. Paid $50k more than asking: sight unseen before it even went live (coming soon). I knew it was a winner and my awesome realtor agreed. I had little competition due to high rates; where I'd otherwise be competing with 30+ offers (they already had 15 now). I was offered $100k more for the home while closing from an investor; I passed. Home just appraised for 375k more than asking. Will appraise for more after renovations are done. Be well qualified and be ready to strike.
