  1. Going to watch you video shortly but specialty areas, such as sleepy beach towns are still strong. Very few homes coming on the market, and most are starting to sit. Most are very stubborn with little to no price drops. Ideal homes that check all the boxes still selling fast. Rent is still crazy... for example precovid $2200.... now $3600-$3800 or more. Florida is very location dependent based. Ideal areas may hold strong.
