  1. Travis pumpin out the vids!! Almost all homes in my area have been sitting. Still the top 5% quality homes are selling. Problem are realtors. They continue to give sellers false hope. I made an offer on a home that was 150k under their asking and a realistic selling price. They wouldn't budget on price.
