I have seen a surge of new listings in central/east coast of Florida. Once red, now showing neutral. Unfortunately the ideal big family homes of 4/3+ are still rare especially in a good location.

@s99614 4 kids, 2 adults, and looking for an inlaw suit as well. We are looking for a 5/4 or 5/3 with an in law suit (parents getting older). We are now stalking the area for an older home to tear down and build. Hoping this market will allow us to score a nice cheap home on a nice lot. And as home builders get desperate we can score some decent pricing as material prices come down. We are lucky enough to not need financing.
