  1. On Sept 16 I offered 15% less than asking. I didn't even get a counter. My realtor said we were a few months away from that type of market. The home never sold and eventually got taken off the market. It's crazy to hear you're dealing with something similar - nearly 5 months later. Patience is key. In the end I scored a much better home with much better long term value.
