  1. Helpful for people wanting to buy right now (who want lower rates). Biden wants to look pretty during his term/possible reelection run. I'm sure he wants to make sure things don't spiral and wanted to discuss a plan for a soft landing. For people on the sidelines waiting for a crash... not good. We want this to continue and correct.
