  1. I'm a currently serving Armoured Corps member. I'd much prefer to take my chances in a Leopard AS1, M1A1 AIM SA, or M1A2 SEP v3 than be outside as an Infantryman and exposed to small arms, grenades, anti-personnel mines, artillery, napalm, CBRN agents, etc. and everything else wearing only a ballistically inadequate cotton shirt or maybe some personal body armour of only slightly better protection.

  4.  @bmidg4123  All good. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. But I'd rather have several hundred mm of armour than a "ballistically tolerant" cotton shirt. :)
