  1. Right, so now we are supporting a country using munitions banned by treaty (e.g. DPICM, etc.)? Let me guess APERS mines as well? Just because an American endorses it, doesn't make it globally acceptable. Let me guess we'll now have large areas of Ukraine covered by impact areas where 40+ % of the munitions failed to self destruct??
