  2.  @AtheistOrphan  If you compare the top of LTCOL's with the Staff Sgt / ASM. The LTCOL's (in shot at 0:26) continues to rise towards the centre. A Queen's Crown (in shot at 2:12) dips towards the centre.

  3.  @AtheistOrphan  No worries. I'm waiting for my RSM to suggest I'm inappropriately dressed and recommend I go to the clothing store. I suspect the CO is newly promoted / appointed and therefore has new rank slides.
