  1. What about Padres / pastoral support? Here they are an integral mechanism to support soldiers and commanders.

  2.  @fod1855  I know they aren't financial counsellors, per se, but both I and my RSM would get visits from him saying "Trooper X has an issue". The other advantage is they know solutions outside the system.

  3.  @fod1855  Oh yes here too Officers and SNCOs look after soldiers welfare. The Padre though is another channel (esp. if they are concerned re publicity). Its just that the video didn't mention them at all.
