02:00 Does the CO's cabin (or even the Wardroom) not have a mirror? His beard isn't even - its higher on the left side of his face than the right.

@tonys1636 Thanks for the explanation. As an Armoured Corps guy I've never had to deal with beards (no Pioneer SGTs etc.) and the RSM worried about moustaches, etc (we have the same thing about shaving - usually the member makes the request and then basically has Christmas Leave to grow the moustache and then an assessment is made as to whether they can keep it or not). I had assumed (never good) that the beard should be symmetrical.
