I guess 1 QDG was too hard, so we defaulted to "Welsh Cavalry"? Just like the OC has to wear an oakleaf because the US can't cope with the UK / Commonwealth rank system.

@doncarlton4858 Well that was not experience. In three tours of the sandpit I was given a black oak leaf and on each occasion the person giving it to me said it was because our ranks were “too hard” for them to learn and we needed to fit in with them.
