  1. I'm confused. Admittedly I haven't watched the entire video from C-SPAN or whatever, but I don't understand why a US Lawmaker is asking a Trade Union leader about the policy regarding the employment of the USN. Shouldn't it be SECDEF, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, or the CNO?
