  1. Sal is near a lifeboat, not a life raft? The sexual harassment issue would be hard to police. The US military members would have no jurisdiction/command authority over the civilian drivers. Similarly are the truck drivers subject to US law (I'm assuming the pier wasn't considered part of Gaza) and I'm guessing there was no FBI detachment (sorry I'm not familiar enough with the US Justice system but I'm guessing the FBI is the nearest equivalent to our Australian Federal Police) there to enforce it?
