It's no secret that the special forces and the police arrived after an hour, even though they have over 200,000 surveillance cameras in Moscow alone. Considering that city has the most police officers per square meter, and a police station around the corner, I find the whole thing very funny.

For example, air forces with heavy bombers practiced against attack targets in Sweden. Russian submarines in our waters. Russian spies are occasionally found in the armed forces. Want more examples? How would Russia react if the roles were reversed?
