We all know that money went to EU, luxury cars, mansion, yachts, lovers etc. Probably one of the most corrupted countries in the world. Besides of that Russian leaders friends and family lives in EU. In other words, you can't just leave it lying around and expect it to work. We have all seen Russian tanks, many in number but far from all is in working condition. And I dosn't have to ask, Russias corruption index (CPI) same level as Liberia and Uganda 👍🏻😂
