The Minsk has no direct connection to NATO's actions towards Russia. When Boris Johnson visited Kiev, it would depend on the circumstances and the purpose of the visit. Visits by foreign leaders to Ukraine could be to discuss bilateral relations, support Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, or to discuss specific issues such as security and economy.
