  1. She keeps scratching and playing with her hair. Signs of not just being drunk, she's in withdrawal from some nasty drug. Halucinating insects in the hair is pretty common with druggies. Or perhaps she hasn't had a bath or shower for a month. She's so addled she can't talk, but seems aware of what's happening.
