  1. Newer stuff would indeed by in a film like this, since this is a training film for radar operators - it is not a documentary for your entertainment. The 1949 year given is obviously a mistake. At 0:17 the year is given as 1942.

  2. The film gives the year at 0:17 as 1942. The SCR-270 radar shown was in use in 1940.
