  1. She is clearly not very bright as evidenced by the answers she gave. Things like "the information we had was known", things like stating that she used her personal phone for secure work purposes, then when told that is illegal, she just boldly said she didn't. She is indeed incompetent, as evidenced by a whole lot of strife with the Secret Service since she was appointed director, including a large fraction of staff quitting.
