(mosaics are people who result from the fusion of two egg cells, one male, one female - they end up with a mix of cells in their body, some chormosomically male, some female. They may present as a person who is male, female, or somewhere in between.)

@danielgrohl6971 It is a long standing tradition in the adversarial court system (trial with prosecution and defence) that judges pride themselves on bringing no knowledge or opinions to any case they try ("professionally dumb", as a lawyer explained to me), as they are supposed to try cases solely on the evidence presented in court bey the prosecution and defence. This is one of the basic principles of democracy. Senator Kennedy knows this. Has it occurred to you that Kennedy is trying to trick the nominee, and that the correct answer is in fact no answer? How do you know if Kennedy in fact voted for the guy, on the basis that he could not be tricked nor bullied?
