  1. I'm not familiar with American law, so I looked up the meaning of cause-in-fact and proximate-cause. She got cause in fact correct but proximate cause wrong, and it seems that it is a fundamental thing for a judge to know. Sen Kennnedy has thus established she is not competent. Cause in fact: the thing or event that literally caused a physical injury or death. Proximate cause: the thing or event that is the primary cause that led, through a chain of events, to physical injury or death. I've watched a number of these videos featuring Sen Kennedy. His style is intimidatory, but if they knew their job and gave honest answers, they wouldn't have a problem. Consistently, women appearing are hopeless, generally the men have some ability. Are they choosing women because they are women, and not choosing on ability?
