  1. it may be ok that she couldn't identify a constitution section by number - you wouldn't be routinely, if ever, called to identify a constitution question by number in day-t-day legal work. But:- Purposivism is a basic approach in interpreting law - it is about resolving questions by looking at the purpose of the law. If she can't answer that, she is hopeless - its like asking a high school math teacher what addition is. I'm amazed she got nominated.
