  1. "The free medical care is free of care." Bad food. Sharing a room with people you don't know. Sounds just like the free Medicare system here in Australia - except he didn't mention the long wait times (you can wait a year or more for an operation) that we have. Sounds like the Soviet system is pretty good. Of course we have the option of paying for it, termed "private care", in which case you get much better care and no waiting.
