  1. ​ @joanseiler9236  The lack of facial expression is not due to Parkinson's Disease, it is caused by the traditional treatment for Parkinson's, a drug called L-Dopa. My mother was misdiagnosed with Parkison's and put on L-Dopa. She ended up with no facial expression, but when they realised her dementia was caused by something else they took her off L--Dopa and her facial expression came back. My cousin's husband developed Parkinson's - had all the symptoms - weak voice, shakes, muscle weakness, etc. But he was given a more modern drug and never lost his facial expression.

  2. Biden clearly has dementia. But it doesn't look like Parkinson's. Parkinson's suffers can't raise their voice, eventually they get so quiet you can hardly hear them. There is nothing they can do about it, no matter how hard they try. But Biden can and does raise his voice when sufficiently stirred up. He mumbles a lot but talks at an appropriate loudness. Parkinson's sufferers get the shakes. Biden looks unsteady on his feet but doesn't have the shakes. Parkinson's sufferers loose their memories and loose their sense of time, but can, until they are so bad they can't stand, run a conversation quite well, retaining the context. Biden forgets what he's on about half way through a sentence.
