@costenics_sw It took three foreign powers to pressure the Porte to release Greece. We Serbs got our state without anyone's help.

@costenics_sw And not to mention when you were at the peak of your power you failed to defeat Turkish republican forces. Don't get me wrong, but it's pretty humiliating to be defeated by weak Turkish republicans who emerged from the destroyed Ottoman Empire.

@costenics_sw I see your are also a smart person. Liberation War was exhausting for us all, and then as a cherry on the top came the Brother-Slaying War. (Excuse me for such naming of the First and Second Balkan Wars respectively, but that's my point of view, which sadly many Serbians and Bulgarians doesn't seem to approve) And then came First World War. Still, considering allied forces in Constantinople and the Straits, it was expected for Greece to hold up against the newly emerging Turkish state which came from the rotting and destroyed Ottoman Empire. But yes, I always seem to underestimate the fact that size of Turkey exceeds that of Greece, even what they controlled then.

@costenics_sw But nowdays, we aren't fond of Greece, mainly because of actions of Ecumenical Patriarchate thought history which continues to present day. It's a shame that Phanar to this day denies full rights to Church of Greece, despite Tsarigrad is now in Turkish hands. So mainly we don't like Phanariotes and those Greeks who share their point of view.
