Yes, your parrot is cute, but he probably is not so cute for the people on the other side of the wall. You should obviously try to remedy this with your neighbour. Independent mediation could be good here. Explain that you are sorry if your parrot disturbs her and suggest that perhaps you could try moving the parrot to a different room and see if that works for her. Or perhaps you could cover the parrot over in evenings when it is most likely to annoy her, or failing that maybe you could install some sound insulation.
