  5. Sadly, that frequently does not work out. Unless the break up was mutual, then you tend to either get the situation where one person is either trying to get back together with the other person or they try and get back at the other person. My marriage broke up after my ex was violent and left me for another woman, when it came to child contact he was nothing but a pain in the backside until the courts put an end to child contact.
