  1.  @benrosenbloom8854  If he was behind the cooler, then that is usually where the heat exchanger tubes are so that would be hot. I wondered if he had mummified, but the video said that he had decomposed. Usually, when you have some thing dead then it gets fly-infested, pretty quickly too.

  6.  @jrt818  Mummification is generally quite rare because it requires very specific conditions of dry air and airflow. Even with those conditions, it is quite frequent to find that you have partial mummification where the arms and legs may dry out, but the main torso rots due to the bowel bacteria starting the decomposition process.

  8. I doubt whether a janitor would be wielding the scalpel, they may have asked him to lift the organs en block or to help move the body. It is not just a matter of making the incision, you also have to cut through the ribs to remove the organs. The head is partially degloved and the top of the skull removed, fair amount of skill required.

  11.  @uncatholic_pope  In the UK environmental health would have been called like a shot. In the UK the only store with anything like that would be butchers shops that are licensed to sell game and even then the game is hung up outside the shop.
