  1. GDPR comes into effect May this year. If they harvested data without clearly explaining what they intended to do with it under GDPR they would be looking a €20m or 4% of their international turnover. Under GDPR it's against the law to collect data without getting consent. GDPR definition of consent ... "freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of a data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement of the processing of personal data relating to him or her." and the processing has to be explained. So that's the end of that rubbish from these pisstakers. What's that saying? When you aren't paying, you are the product.
