  1. This man, with the other rescuers, should be given a house and a stipend for life, in honour of his bravery to rescue those lads. And he should have the freedom of Thailand to travel and live anywhere he likes there.

There is ONLY Musk, opening his mouth, and shooting it off. He has a track record of doing that. A while ago he claimed he had put together enough funds to buy Tesla out of its problems, and that pushed the share value up. Only he didn't. He did not do any such thing.
