  4. Fuji Wuji the negotiations have not begun. The EU has said nothing about their stance apart from individuals commenting. This bill is about empowering the pm to trigger article 50. That's all. Very simple, very to the point. The Lords are trying to expand it to get control over an element of negotiation. EU have made it clear they will not enter into any negotiation until article 50 is triggered. This bill should pass unaltered and the PM should then trigger article 50. Simple.
