I'm an English man. Actually I'd like to see Ireland United. Geographically it makes sense. But most of all I'd like a deep friendship between Ireland and the UK where we look after each other's interests. Mutual defence, visa free travel, collaboration on many points such as security and joint transport projects. Access to services... I would like the strongest possible connection between us. I'm Irish on my mother's side.

@piperjj4486 Um.... This is poor use of terminology. Britain consists of the British Isles. It's the entire geographic archipelago, and encapsulates Great Britain, Ireland as a whole, the Hebrides and hundreds of channel islands, including the Isle of Man. It's the name of an Archipelago. Ireland is, geographically, part of the British Isles (It's British). The UK encapsulates Great Britain (That's the main British Isle) and Northern Ireland. That's why the passport says "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland". Great Britain itself encapsulates England, Scotland and Wales. The Isle of man is autonomous and is a uk protectorate. Same applies for other channel islands. It's a common mistake for Americans to conflate Britain with the UK. We refer to it as UK. (Short for United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland).

English does not use two modal auxiliary verbs together. It uses a modal auxiliary with a main verb. Your sentence is nonsensical to an English speaker. Try wording it a different way.
