  4. Adam Powell OK That's a fair comment. However, we are here now. Leaving the parties aside (because I don't give a stuff about them),.... Now that the country has made its Well... Unease about the eu and its direction clear And be honest, the UK is a very eurosceptic country in its heart and soul. We've never been comfortable with the eu and its direction.... Don't you think that verdict, after 25 years of eu membership, should be taken seriously? I have always felt that the eu direction was WRONG for the UK. I've always felt that the UK needs to be sleek and dynamic and adaptable to changing world paradigms. And we can't be dynamic in the eu. It's RIGID.

  5. Adam Powell Fine. I saw all that. Like i said. The UK has never as a whole been comfortable with the eu and its direction. .... Leaving aside all those players you mentioned..... Don't you think that the verdict of people in the UK after 25 years of eu membership speaks volumes? (the eu doesn't give a stuff about workers BTW.... The UK introduced minimum wage in the mid 90s. The eu had nothing to do with it).

  7. Adam Powell your response is quite strange.... "employers shouldn't be allowed to pay pitifully low wage" .... There is a minimum wage set in the UK.... If employers pay low wages it's because the supply of labour is out stripping demand.... Think about what you are saying. ... There are two things you need to know... a. There is no sentiment in business b. You are not a charity organisation If you understand those two realities you won't look to a "government" to DEAL with life for you. At the same time.... I judge the health of a nation by these.... a. How it treats its elderly b. How it treats the infirm and incapable.

  8. Adam Powell thank you Adam for being forthright. I appreciate your self evaluation. I never voted in my entire life until the referendum. I did one local election vote just to prove to myself that I knew where the station was and that I had successfully registered. I actually do NOT want to be on the electoral roll because I feel it sucks me into a system that I instinctively loathe.... I'm glad that you have seriously evaluated your thoughts about the eu. I totally respect and honour you for that. I watched how the eu treated the Greek and Cypriot people and I was FUMING about it. That alone motivated me to fire them because I feel that their treatment of Greece was disgraceful.... But I also believe that the eu and the UK are incompatible generally...

  9. Adam Powell No problem Adam. Can I invite you to investigate how the eu . Closed banks in Greece . Restricted withdrawals to €50 per day . Forced austerity on Greece when the Greek people rejected it in a referendum . Bailed out the BANKS . Forced Greece to reduce pensions . Forced Greece to increase retirement age (they made their BANK bailout conditional on this) . Made Greece into debt slaves for generations to come . Greece has appalling youth unemployment of 45% that is a disgrace . Did the same to Cyprus . Reclassifed Cypriot savers as "investors" and raided their savings accounts to BAIL THEM IN (Yes the eu did that. They can since they control the euro) ... Investigate it.........

  10. Adam Powell by all means Adam When Greece joined the euro, goldman sachs cooked their accounts. Everybody knew it. I remember the reports at the time. We knew it. They knew it. The eu knew it. But the EU was so fanatical about its monetary union experiment that they turned a blind eye to the obvious... The result was that Greece was exposed to LOTS OF CHEAP MONEY at artificially low interest rates... And when you are stuck inside a currency with interest rates set by the ECB.... Your ability to devalue and cope with debt is put in a straight jacket. It was all reported, discussed and predicted when the euro was launched. But the EU was so driven and determined to impose monetary union on Europe that they accepted Greek adoption of this currency. I hope you're thinking about what I'm saying.... I'm telling you that for the eu, the project matters MORE than people do. I'm giving it to you straight... The EU is utterly heartless and RUTHLESS Adam. They couldn't care LESS about the young people in Greece. I'm telling you like it IS....

  12. Adam. Nobody is going to start killing anybody in Northern Ireland. The UK is not going to build a physical border control in Northern Ireland. It is actually now IN LAW that the UK CANNOT build a border in Northern Ireland. Understand?

Don't try the project fear stuff on me because it's been done to death. The Parliament just passed INTO LAW that the UK can not build a physical border in Northern Ireland. Do you understand?

Oldeuboi Article 50 paragraph 3 The Treaties shall cease to apply to the State in question from the date of entry into force of the withdrawal agreement or, failing that, two years after the notification referred to in paragraph 2, unless the European Council, in agreement with the Member State concerned, unanimously decides to extend this period. It means the UK LEAVES THE EU TREATISE.
