Tries to force a second referendum / reversal Any of these suits eu purposes. They are playing this game and gambling that we will not go for no deal. But actually no deal now is THE BEST deal. Unless eu are prepared to stop fucking around playing games.

  3.  @bartekpulkowski9765  read the proposal. The "rule book" will be eu rules for what is traded between NI and ROI. UK will decide if it wants to adopt any new rules. There will be joint arbitration. That's easy. WTO has arbitration built into it. Easy.

  5.  @bartekpulkowski9765  It may come as a shock to you but the USA can raise its tariffs and so can China. The WTO rule is that you have to offer the same baseline tariff to every WTO member as you do to the most favoured nation. Trump has mooted the idea of coming out of WTO and going it alone. Which the USA is fully entitled to do. Trump is pointing out that China is dumping below cost steel all over the world and wrecking steel industries. If China stops doing that things will get back to normal. But as you can see, raising tariffs is also hurting the EU and consequently the UK. When the UK leaves the EU we can get a free trade agreement with USA and we will be in a better situation.
