You're not a bargaining chip believe me. Absolutely not. We are NOT PREPARED to allow Northern Ireland to get flummoxed. It's very simple to us If northern ireland wants to become united with ROI you have our blessing and love. If northern ireland wishes to remain connected with the UK you have our total loyalty. I'm english but my family is Irish on my mother's side. England and Ireland have STRONG FAMILY CONNECTIONS. Consider that. It's not like we are enemies. If anyone attacks Ireland we are here to defend. I personally would like to see Ireland United, prosperous and at ease with itself. And a great friend of the UK. The Irish came to help us in WWII. That is a reality. We are more united than you think. It's not something we have forgotten. If you are northern Irish, do you want to Ireland reunited? (I'm English and i would like that. As long as NI people want it). Would you like Ireland to be friends and allies with uk? Nobody "stole" Ireland. There are strong ties between Ireland and England. ... VERY strong.... My mother nee name is Goggins. Before she died she showed me our Irish family background... So let's stop hating each other because we have too much that connects us.... Yes I want a united Ireland.

@PaulOutdoors "allowed to leave"? 😂 😂 😂 The EU withdrawal bill has received Royal assent and has already passed into LAW. It is now a legal certainty that we exit March 29 2019 11pm. Nobody is repealing that or withdrawing article 50. You can forget your fantasy world.

@jackolaf4867 the Canada deal wouldn't suit the UK or the eu, but a free trade deal like it would be perfectly fine. The EU wants their hooks in our borders, laws and control over our ability to make trade deals.

@melanieenmats not really. We're going through the article 50 motions and negotiating. If we don't get a deal we leave without a deal. <<shrug>> We knew that from the start. Personally I knew negotiating with the eu was a waste of time, and when we leave without a deal, it will represent a wasted year or so.
