  2. if he was that interested in a "better economic outcome" why didn't he put out an "upside" report showing potential gains of trading more freely in the world? he's thinking like a banker.

  3.  @LTEmperor  We've left the UK chief. Game over. We're joining the CPTPP. Talks start later this year. I don't use this account any more to discuss brexit. I'm not interested any attempts to proselytise me for "rejoin". I am not open to any pro EU dialogue. At all. The matter is settled and we've left. That's that.
