Wants to offer a "vote" to the public on whether we accept the final negotiated deal to leave the EU (that's right, we need to make a 'deal' to leave the EU) or say, "no, we'll stay in the EU". .... BUT THAT IS NOT a second referendum on leaving the EU. Understand? They're f'ing crazy.
