You're not saying anything of any significance. The difference is, the UK internal market does NOT have to comply with EU SM regulations. That is the entire point. And in CPTPP, we adopt mutual recognition of standards. That way we don't have to have a "court of justice" that overrules our courts. And we have an independent system for settling trade disputes. State to state dispute resolution.

  43. Can i propose that after every Lord's session over government bills, we have an electronic "report card" on members? That the electorate can call for Lords to be removed from their seats? I kind of understand the need to draw on people with legislative experience who know the pitfalls of law. But if we could call Lords on their performance and have their peerage removed, that would be a step in the right direction and would concentrate their thoughts.
