  1.  @stevec6427  But this is true all over the world of every business that wishes to trade. They have to comply with local regulations. The same is true for EU businesses trading into the UK. You're not saying anything of any significance. The difference is, the UK internal market does NOT have to comply with EU SM regulations. That is the entire point. And in CPTPP, we adopt mutual recognition of standards. That way we don't have to have a "court of justice" that overrules our courts. And we have an independent system for settling trade disputes. State to state dispute resolution.

  2.  @TheT0nedude  The ECHR is not the EU. The UK is not a member of the EU. The EU has 27 members, and the UK is not one of them.
