  1. 😂 Lol "action taken by the governor of the bank of England" 😂😂😂😂He DIDN'T DO ANYTHING 🤣🤣🤣🤣 He LOWERED the base interest rate by ONE QUARTER OF ONE PERCENT (the exact opposite to what he should have done) and then put it BACK UP again THREE MONTHS LATER. I guess he realised that it didn't tip the economy far enough to actually fulfill the DIRE REMOANER PREDICTIONS so he gave up, since he couldn't reduce the base rate to ZERO without being too obvious.
