  1. Ugh. Rory is so fixated on convention that he can't think laterally. The PM can simply not allow Parliament in a position to scupper brexit.

  2. Every time I hear the name "Rory" I think of "Rory Storm and the Hurricanes" in which Ringo Starr was drummer before he left and joined the Beatles. Then I picture Ringo Starr with a spliff taking a drag and looking stoned out of his tree. And I think to myself, "Can we have Ringo Starr as PM candidate instead of Rory?" He's not still seriously banging on about the damn "deal" is he? pffff.
