  1. All these are the consequences of the Soviet system of government, this country went from feudalism directly to socialism, people only experienced terror and violence from the state. And after the collapse of the USSR, unfortunately, it got even worse, nobody cares about the development of the countryside, so they live here like in the Middle Ages. Shame especially for Tsar Putin who can only lie and people believe that change will come one day.
