It doesn't work cause Hamas terrorist had come to Israel territorial souvereignty as it's called massacre tragedy on Saturday, October 7, 2023, and Hamas terrorist have been taking Israel peoples as hostages and bring them into Gaza Strip, Palestine. Of course based on territorial principle of international, Israel have rights to defend his souvereignty and it's Israel jurisdiction. Hamas terrorist must be responsibly based on international law. South Africa didn't have willing and not part of the battlefield, so the allegation of South Africa with "genocide", racist and discrimination to Internation Court Justice can be classified as error of jurisdiction and error in persona.
