  1. ICJ decision didn't order to cease-fire because South Africa wasn't party of Israel but Hamas terrorist was. Hamas terrorist was an organization, non-state so Hamas wasn't party of genocide request but South Africa was. South Africa didn't held Israel peoples whom kidnapping but Hamas did. Based on the above legal argumentations conclude that no authority of ICJ to decided cease-fire at all. I try to share my legal thinking to all of us to make clear. Thank you Josh🤝🙏

UNRWA as a subsidiary agen of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Oslo Accord on 1993 and on 1995 was established by United Nations Security Council (UNSC) still said Palestine refugees. Based on Chapter II, Article 34 and 35 Statute of ICJ said that only states may be parties in case before the court. Statute of ICJ confirmed and used the term "only", means Palestine Authority isn't state. Because it, Palestine refugees is apartheid, statelessness. So Palestine refugees isn't owner of Palestine Land. There're several terms and condition to be souvereign: 1 territory; 2 peoples; 3 gouvernment; 4 recoqnition/confession, de yure and de facto.
